Our 1,089sq ft home offers ampule space for up to 8 guests to relax and unwind on beach time. Whether you're gathering for a family vacation, escaping from the school semester with friends or retreating for some alone time, Shore Thing ensures comfort and convenience while you make yourself at home.

LOCATION

In a prime location on the west end of Panama City Beach, Shore Thing is less than a mile to Pier Park, a popular shopping & entertainment area, less than a mile to Frank Brown Recreational Center, where softball and baseball tournaments are held year around as well as many festivals, & just across the street from public beach access. Also just as close you can find groceries, gas and other necessities you may need during your stay. 

LIVING SPACE

Stepping in you're welcomed by bright colors and a vibe that states, we're on beach time! Before making your way through the kitchen, the master bedroom is on your right. It offers a king bed with a night stand and lamp on each side, a 32" smart TV and two small closets. Leading from the bedroom to the living room area is the master bathroom; providing a spacious stand up shower in addition to your expected bathroom essentials. Leaving the master bedroom, you pass the fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove and dishwasher. We also provide basic kitchen essentials like cooking ware, plates, bowls, utensils and simple seasonings. Next you are welcomed into our living room designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring plush seating and outdoor views. Here you will have options to relax indoors by watching your favorite apps with your own login credentials or cable on the 55" smart TV, play board games located inside the entertainment center, or take advantage of one of the world's most beautiful beaches using our beach wagon with a couple of toys and towels to relax beachside. Combined with our living room space is the dining room table that seats four, a coffee nook with a kriueg and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Making our way upstairs to the second bedroom, we have a queen bed, four twins on bunkbeds and a 32" smart TV. The bathroom area includes a private traditional shower and bathtub combo and restroom while the sink is located just next to the private area. Returning back downstairs and through the sliding glass door you have a semi-private open back porch. It offers two chairs and a table where you can watch your family play in the pool, enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise and fog disappear over the lake or enjoy the view of the SkyWheel at Pier Park rotate in color at night while the stars twinkle above. Planning to relaxing indoors or on the beach, we hope to provide you with the basics that lead the way for a memorable stay!

Hi! Regina here! Myself, my husband Perrm, and our best friends Michelle and Justin, all share a love for long weekend getaways, especially beach getaways. After many years of friendship and multiple discussions of becoming retired beach bums, we decided to take a leap of faith and invest in a beach home together. We are born and raised Floridians who love the outdoors, all sports and animals! Perrm and I spend most of our free time fishing in the gulf, playing soccer, attempting DIY projects on our house or preparing for our next long weekend of sunshine and fun. Michelle and Justin stay busy juggling their sons basketball and flag football games, hunting for sharks teeth along the beaches, increasing the families sneaker collections and also planning their next adventure. In addition to our love for the outdoors we are just like you, with families, full time jobs and goals of enjoying life by the beach! 

We strive to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Spend the day discovering the local sights or simply unwind beachside soaking up the sun and all it's vitamin D. Whether you're here for a short weekend or an extended stay, we want you to feel right at home.
